We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. Communication via WhatsApp is end-to-end encrypted. We do not store payment card numbers on our systems.

We retain personal information for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, and for as long as required by Ugandan law. Transaction records are typically retained for seven years for tax and legal purposes.

You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, request deletion of your information where we have no legal obligation to retain it, and withdraw consent to marketing communications at any time.
